However, to maintain a consistent and professional image for all our stakeholders, we ask that all mentions and displays of our brand adhere strictly to our established guidelines.

Guidelines for Permitted Use

We want you to celebrate your craftsmanship. You are encouraged to engage with the brand in the following ways:

  • Social Media Showcasing: You are permitted and encouraged to tag @KREATYX in your social media posts when displaying finished physical products created from our digital files.
  • Community Credit: Giving credit to KREATYX as the digital source of your build helps maintain a transparent and supportive maker ecosystem.
  • Educational Content: Using our brand name to describe the source of a project in a tutorial or "process" video is welcomed, provided it is clear that the content is your own independent work.

Prohibited and Restricted Use

To protect our intellectual property and the hard work of our design team, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Digital Redistribution: You are strictly forbidden from re-selling, sharing, or redistributing our raw digital files (such as STL files or digital magazines) in any format.
  • Implied Partnership: You may not use the KREATYX logo or name in a manner that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by KREATYX or Novustra LLC without prior written consent.
  • Commercial Branding: You may not use our brand assets as part of your own business logo or primary branding material.
