Under laws like the CCPA/CPRA, allowing these third parties to collect this data from our site may be defined as "selling" or "sharing" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU OPT OUT?

If you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information:

  1. Ads: You may still see advertisements for Kreatyx or Novestra LLC products, but they will be general (contextual) rather than personalized based on your specific browsing history.
  2. Services: You will still be able to use the Kreatyx store, purchase products, and access your downloads. Opting out does not affect your ability to make transactions.
  3. Transfers: We will stop sharing your data with third-party advertising partners for the purpose of behavioral targeting.

4. VERIFICATION

For requests sent via email, Novestra LLC may need to verify your identity to ensure the request is coming from the owner of the email address. We may ask you to confirm details from a recent order (such as an Order Number) or verify your email via a confirmation link.

5. AUTHORIZED AGENTS

If you are a resident of a state that allows the use of an Authorized Agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf (such as California or Colorado), the agent must provide a signed written permission from you authorizing them to act on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
