Kreatyx is a digital storefront owned and operated by Novestra LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all digital goods, software, templates, and downloadable content purchased through our store.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

1.1. Nature of Goods

NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED. By purchasing from Kreatyx, you explicitly acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, digital good. No box, disc, USB drive, or physical documentation will be sent to your mailing address.

1.2. Shipping Costs

Because our products are delivered digitally via the internet, there are $0.00 shipping fees. You will not be charged for shipping, handling, or freight.


2. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING

2.1. Immediate Access

Upon successful processing of your payment, delivery is automated and typically instantaneous. You will receive access to your purchase in two ways:

  1. On-Screen Download: A download button will appear on the "Thank You" / "Order Confirmation" page immediately after your transaction is complete.
  2. Email Delivery: An automated email containing your unique download link(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

2.2. Delivery Timing

  • Standard Delivery: Instant (typically within 5 minutes of purchase).
  • Potential Delays: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by up to 1 hour due to payment verification processes by your bank or high server traffic.
  • Spam/Junk Folder: If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders before contacting support.

3. DOWNLOAD LIMITS AND SECURITY

3.1. Download Limits

To prevent piracy and unauthorized link sharing, Novestra LLC employs security measures on all download links.

  • Download Attempts: You are typically granted a limited number of download attempts (e.g., 5 attempts) to successfully save the file to your device.
  • IP Tracking: We track the IP address used to access the download link to prevent fraud.

3.2. File Backup Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to download the file immediately and back it up to a secure location (such as a cloud drive, external hard drive, or personal computer). Novestra LLC is not obligated to retain or host your purchased files indefinitely. We recommend you save your files immediately upon purchase.


4. TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

4.1. Non-Delivery

If you have successfully completed payment but have not received your download link within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. This is often caused by a typo in the email address entered at checkout.

How to Resolve: Email Support@kreatyx.com with your Full Name and Order Date. We will manually verify the transaction and forward your files to the correct address.

4.2. Corrupted Files

If the file you downloaded appears corrupted, will not open, or is incomplete:

  1. Delete the partial file from your computer.
  2. Clear your browser cache or try a different web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).
  3. Attempt the download again. If the issue persists, contact our support team for a fresh link.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

5.1. Global Availability

As a digital store, Kreatyx is available to customers worldwide. There are no customs duties, import taxes, VAT on shipping, or restricted shipping zones for our digital products.

5.2. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise localized by the payment processor. Novestra LLC is not responsible for currency exchange fees charged by your bank.
